Kevin '11!
I liked Ruddy, he seemed like a cool guy and could speak Chinese. Hell, he even went to a strip club just before election.
3,000 asylum seekers are not a problem. It's not something of any kind of proportion that warrants much thought at all.

and that Abbot's spurting of "STOP THE BOATS STOP THE BOATS!!11!!" has turned the issue larger than it needs to be.

The carbon tax is also not supported by the Greens, or Malcolm Turnbull, or anyone with half a bit of sense.
The green's didn't (and still don't) push for a carbon tax at all! It's a conspiracy set up by Julia and Co.! [sp]/sarcasm[/sp]

Don't be an asshole.
I was mistakenly thinking of Rudd's ETS.
doesn't help that Australia has an asylum seeker problem too, and that Abbot's spurting of "STOP THE BOATS STOP THE BOATS!!11!!" has turned the issue larger than it needs to be.
My point is that it's not a problem and not an issue at all.

Fair enough, didn't mean to come off so aggressive.
My point is that it's not a problem and not an issue at all.
I'll agree with the fact that saying it was a problem was incorrect but the media is turning into an issue, proof being the whole debacle about the Malaysia people swap deal. While any reasonable person may see through it, that doesn't mean it isn't influencing the general populous' image of the Labor Party.
Both parties are shit.
Both are backwards, Liberial won't fund the NBN (National Broadband Network) and Labor are a bunch of cunts.
Ugh, politics.
Even though I've been a liberal all my life, I like Rudd. He comes across as a genuinely nice guy.
