They've got to vote for him in the first go around but will go to Cruz or Kasich if there is a second vote in convention
His presser as he exited the election race was actually pretty good though to be honest he was trying to beat Trump at his own game, being entertaining and witty, and it just didn't look good. The GOP needs a shakeup, I think everyone knows that, but Rubio just isn't the guy to get it done.
