There are no specific treatments, only supportive/symptomatic management. Vaccines are currently being feverishly developed, though. NSAIDs are to be avoided in any instance to avoid a hemorrhagic syndrome risk.

And to be fair, the disease itself is only rarely fatal, and then only if complications or GBS leading to respiratory failure occurs.
