No, as in I'd find it alright if there wasn't pain, infections and the rotting flesh around it.
Even then you'd be unable to use the limbs since you're missing great lumps of muscle.
Words can't describe how horrible this is.
You reap what you sow. If you take flesh melting injections, your complains about flesh-melting won't get my sympathy. What were they thinking? "I thought the flesh-melting stuff wouldn't melt my flesh"? Or "I'm an addict, but I thought I'd quit the flesh-melting heroine before it melts my flesh"? Sure, tread them, letting them run around with their crippeled bodies for the rest of their lives should be enough of a reminder not to take flesh-melting crap. The real tragedy is that there is nothing to be gained in this matter. The Junkies will just go back to being junkies, even more so to get over the tragedy of being crippeled and all that will have happened is that they occupied the hospitals of actually sick people. Like, say someone who isn't suffering from flesh-melting because he took flesh-melting injections.
Congrats for completely missing the point of what a severe addiction is. Heroin addicts' opioid receptors don't function properly, which inhibits the production of chemicals like endorphins. Heroin basically functions as an endorphin for addicts since they can't produce it in enough quantities on their own or produce it at all. They need the heroin to make up for the lowered or complete lack of endorphin production in their body. And if you didn't know what endorphins are, they are the brain chemicals that function as a painkiller for the human body, as well as the chemicals that make a person feel good. And when you can't get a hold of heroin, your body doesn't produce enough (or any) endorphins to function properly, whicn means feeling like shit and a lot of pain. Pain makes people desperate enough to do things like krokodil. It's not the people who decide to do it, it's the addiction forcing them to do it.
NSFW picture depicting a rotten arm http://oi52.tinypic.com/1z6ci85.jpg :ohdear:
At first I thought this image was fake, reacted with 'meh'. Then I learnt that the image is supposedly real, still had the same reaction. I think the internet really has desensitised me over stuff like this.

That has to hurt. Ouch.
The Time article details people living 100 metres into the Artic Circle, none of the people have jobs, their parents aren't there. I can't say I'd say no if someone offered a way to make life stop hurting.
oh god once I saw the video...
oh god once I saw the video...
Well, I was considering watching the video. Not anymore. I had a horrified reaction to the pic in OP.

Jesus Christ some of you are so fucking narrow-minded it makes my eyes bleed and my brain writhe in agony.
it makes my eyes bleed and my brain writhe in agony.
You been doing Krokodil, too?
I love rotting to death.
In before "what about kids who are addicted through their parents" They know how to acquire/produce and use that shit. They know how to stop.
Have you ever been addicted? Do you understand the circumstances needed for this level of drug abuse? You seem to think that everybody is a superhuman who can do whatever they want. Some people are not as strong as others, some people have much more difficult lives and they have to find ways of escaping their horrible lives.

Unless they were forced into using the drugs, it's their fault and no one else's, to use the excuse their life sucks is a cop-out cause then they have a free card of doing what the fuck they want and using their life is harsh to deal with it. There's choices and consequences, they made theirs and they're paying for it. Why is it that we always have a need to justify their stupidity by bringing how hurpdurp hard their life is? Why do we have to keep justifying people doing this shit that makes rest of users look bad? Whatever happened to choice and responsibility? How do we expect to prove that the stereotype of drug users being weak willed and using even the most heinous shit to get high is wrong, when we have stuff exactly like this, and we refuse to condemn it, and rather justify it by blaming on something else? It's stupid, my life isn't that pretty either, and I sure as hell ain't living like a nice middle class white kid, but the most that I'll ever do is drink and smoke pot, and if I ever get addicted, it's my fault, no on else's.

An addiction is something that you need to have just to feel good take that away for a day and you are in anguish. Now that is what an addiction is. Who ever says that we should outlaw drugs should look at this story and think a little before mouthing off crap, why can't we have centers that could give people a safe place to do this and help them out while giving them support to quit. Now that is what I want. Oh yeah you drink and smoke weed, once you get addicted to it and we take it away do not look for sympathy because you are showing none here.

People will be turning into Ghouls before we know it..
the image doesnt look real at all [editline]25th June 2011[/editline]
budspoonce posted these, i'm guessing it's the same deal serious warning to anyone who's squeamish at all - not fucking around, it's worse than what's in the image
uh what uh um....... holy shit. it appears to be real. though to be honest, the girl in the second video sounded like she was in a russian porno. and i laughed. but when they started pulling things out i almost puked.

Whose fault is it they're addicted? No, really, answer this question. I'm not saying let's not give them medical attention, I'm saying let's think of them being idiots and we shouldn't condone their use of this drug at all. I'm not saying we shouldn't legalize drugs or not build rehabs. I'm not saying addiction is hard to get off. Seriously, someone quote me saying addiction is easy to get off from. Do anyone fucking read nowadays? I'm saying this was a stupid action by stupid people, and this is their fault entirely for using these drugs in the first place. No, really, answer this question: Whose fault is it they're addicted? And if I do get addicted, don't sympathize, I'm not going to force anything to since it was my choice to drink and smoke pot in the first place. @ThisGuy0 : And I'm having a hard time buying anyone thinking these guys were forced to use drugs.
Where's SouthParkMGT when we need him? What's his comment on this?
My jaw dropped and I covered my mouth when I saw that video. Out of a lack of proper reactions for that I chuckled a bit. I'm just glad I didn't vomit. This is vile shit.
Fuck if that ever happened to me, I'd just say "Fuck it, kill me and throw me in an incinerator.". Who in their right mind would want to keep living on like that knowing that their rotting to death and can pretty much see how much time you have left.

You got shot. WHOSE FAULT WAS IT? Was it your fault for dying, or was it your environment's fault for leaving you no choice, but do a dangerous thing for the greater good?

The fucking end, it was their choice to use the drug, no one else's. It's a horrible fucking comparison and still doesn't answer my question. There is not an entity holding a gun to their heads to use the drugs, and if there was, then it's not their fault. Not one bit. And LOL, what the fuck, using a flesh-eating recreational drug for the greater good, are you high right now?

You're not going to convince him, he's not going to convince you. This argument is just shitting up the thread, and accomplishing nothing.
