Even if they fully amputated the arm, she would probably still die from the looks of it. They also seem under trained, staffed, and under equipped. This is both terrible and incredibly sad. These people didn't choose that they wanted to take this drug (Okay, some might, I guess), they were forced into it because of them being poor and addicts. Terribly sad.

But then you realise that they are addicted to heroin or whatever else, and they NEED to get their next hit, and if they don't have any money, it's not such a hard decision at that level of addiction.
