Peaceful Demonstration Today in Libya Apologizing to the U.S (Picture Heavy)

This made my day.
This lowered my blood pressure.
I'm with all of you guys saying that it's unfortunate big news agencies won't air this. I know a lot of people who have a serious (if in my opinion, irrational) fear of Muslims and while seeing this might not change that, only hearing the violent side of the story will only fuel their hatred.
I really wish there was a stronger international/cultural education system in the country, so people can't just go off of what they heard on FOX or MSNBC. It would help our image and our debates a whole lot.
this makes me want to cry :')

which bit?
which bit?
Let's not start this.
1. Practically all religious books contain contradictory messages
2. Almost nobody of any religion can follow their holy book to the letter
3. That's it.
Most people in the world just want to live in peace. There's just a number of angry fuckers in every cultural group that keeps stirring things up.
Now what we can do is spread this, the media obviously doesn't want o.
eslam's profit is an ok dude
why not just orbital laser cannons?

Fine, Miniature rods from god.

It'd be nice if people would only focus on the parts of holy books that promote equality, kindness and forgiveness.
I saw Ambassador Stevens' video he released along time ago to welcome a free Libya.
He talked about how Libya had the most Fullbright schollarship applicants out of any other nation.

Several Libyan security personnel were apparently killed/wounded defending the consulate
Libya's deputy ambassador to the United Nations, Ibrahim Dabbashi, said up to 10 Libyan security personnel were also killed or wounded in the violence.
Why even bother. It's not even mythologically interesting...
It is according to the Koran.
Depending on how you interpret it. Just like the Bible, or pretty much any other text in that vein. Some people see it in an extreme way, and they do stupid things. Other people see it in another way, and they write these signs, and show their support.
Man, I can't find anything about this on any major news network.
but it would ruin the media's intention to view Libya as a brutal place.

Good puppet, nice puppet.
Man, I can't find anything about this on any major news network.
because the networks are too busy portraying muslims and middle easterners as savages
