This is for mobile platforms, ie phones and tablets. Could be used for more, ya never know.

At this stage of technology, almost all higher end processors (mobile or not) will consume more power than the lower end ones. Multicore CPUs do in fact consume more power comparing to its single core counterparts.

Then it isn't ps3 quality. Resolution is one of the biggest factors when it comes to graphical quality.
With all this graphical power going into phones you'd think a manufacturer would put out a 1280x720 screen. If the iphone can manage 960x640 on 3.5" then there's no reason a company can't put 1280x720 on 4.3/4.5". Battery life could be a factor but I'd still love my HD screen.
