Not really, when you look up the night sky you don't see every star in the observable universe do you? Stars appear fainter the further away they are until you can't see them at all with the naked eye
But if there's no limit to the extension of the Universe then that won't matter.

It boggles my mind to think of something as ancient as 10.7 billion years old.
