We'll just have to hope he doesn't get assassinated because it would probably have some of the most devastating and deadly consequences in American history.
When are they just going to oust him from the presidency? Half of America and others around the world hate him/disagree with him, he hasn't done anything successful so far, and he's planning to send more troops to Iraq.

I can just imagine the racial, religious, and idealogical wars that could break out if Obama was assassinated. Instead of assassinating him though, why don't the dissenting people just vote him out?
They can't. It's called impeachment. It happens only when the President does something illegal.
Gasp! A president's popularity dropping? This is unheard of!
[/sarcasm]
people are always going to disagree with the president. No matter what he does.
I feel with all the bills Obama and the Democrats in Congress are pushing out, he'll be more unpopular than Bush if he goes eight years.
Oh and for fun, a little chart for visual impact.
No. The people are idiots. Which is why politicians have never done that.
Ya, that's why politicians never do that, that's why.
I'm sure it isn't because of the 'hunger for power' thing. Ya.
People are waking up to the fact that they only voted for him because he was popular.
And like the alternative was any better
"The people" would like to have tons of benefits and services and never ever have to pay taxes. If "the people" got to decide how to run the country it would be a disaster.
I am forced to imagine the entire country being like California: barely governable.
To me it looks like america is falling apart.
Besides you idiots wanted a president wich makes hard decitions and not just put them away like bush.
Now you have president that actually does something just like you wanted. And now you are pissed about it?
Maybe it would be good time for america to wake up from their perfect democracy dream.

Oh wonderful, a chart from everyone's favorite conservative leaning pollster, Rasmussen.
Then again, I believe that you were the person that posted something from DRUDGE REPORT and said that you thought it seemed like a good, non-biased source of news.
EDIT: Though that might have been BobaFett, I mix you two up sometimes.
What did I do?
Wait, you want the leader of the country to not do what the people want? If you went round and questioned the entire American population on what they wanted, you would get very different answers from all of them. People are in different situations, so they all want different things.
"The people" would like to have tons of benefits and services and never ever have to pay taxes. If "the people" got to decide how to run the country it would be a disaster.
What has Obama done to help America?
Go crying back to Bush.
What the hell are you trying to say?
I should go crying back to Bush because I asked what Obama has done?

Less than half of America disagrees with his ideas, so they want to use his personal popularity to rally support. Shouldn't a politician do what the people want, instead of what he wants?
People are stupid. No.
If he can come up with a decent argument for his ideas, and the best that the people can come up with is half baked scare tactics they garnered from Fox News, then he shouldn't listen to them. Not to say I believe that applies to all of the president's ideas, I think he's wrong on a few accounts, but I also think in those situations the majority of the people are wrong too.
We hire the president to do a job because we can't do that job. If we can't do that job, why should be act like we can after we hire him?

Hello?
Above 50% approval rating?
Meaning we trust him but don't quite agree with his ideas?
Any of this ringing a bell?
Every president declines in popularity over time. Very few presidents leave office without a lower score.

I know you just love to jerk to the idea, but don't get your hopes up.
If anything he'll get more popular after these bills are passed and take effect.

No, we didn't.

Invade other nations and make them pay tribute. It worked in the middle ages!

No, because the point of representative democracy is that you elect the person whose political ideas most reflect your own. They're under no obligation to do what you want them to.
People are waking up to the fact that they only voted for him because he was popular.
What Republic?
America is a Democratic Republic.
Come on Obama. Wheres the change at? Wheres the hope?

I haven't posted news articles recently and none from Drudge.
Rasmussen's current ratings with Obama according to their polls, general approval 49%, disapproval 51%. CNN in this topic, an article stating pretty much the exact same thing. Think before giving a knee-jerk response.
Come on Obama. Wheres the change at? Wheres the hope?
It died along with his popularity.
