I find the law protecting doctors that don't disclose information due to "risk" of abortion much more outrageous. This is really just another way to shorten the timespan where you can yet an abortion, and while that's not very nice in itself, the other thing is just insane.
they already did that earlier, by two weeks. though i consider that to not be nearly as bad as this.
I believe life started millions of years ago and is a ongoing process.
life begins when it's convenient for our partisanship during the election year.

Jesus christ what the fuck is going through these people's minds. Seriously get your shit together, the world is laughing at you.
Life starts when the parents first make eye contact. I mean, while where making arbitrary decisions about when life begins...
I personally see it as the first heartbeat. Until which point it would have no chance of survival without the mother.
you could have replaced your sentence with BLLAGHGH and achieved about the same intellectual output.
Nope, random characters can still be considered art and intellectual.

I bet this is going to lead to a whole lot of "Honey, I'm pregnant!" jokes.
Does that mean all women can get maternity leave for 24 days every month?
So now you can be pregnant without actually having sex. How wonderfully backwards of Arizona. I can't even comprehend the levels of stupidity and inbreeding that must be a part of the legislator that has passed this through their House. I honestly cannot. The sheer lack of brain cells being used is staggering.
Mary Magdalena was pregnant without sex, I mean it was rape by god, but still...
Mary Magdalena was pregnant without sex, I mean it was rape by god, but still...
I think you've got your names mixed up.
Lets just kick Arizona out of the US, better in the long run if we just make a nice clean break. As for the fifty stars on the flag thing we will just finally make Puerto Rico a state.
The only time you're not pregnant is in the 2 weeks prior to your period.
Damn, I'm a terrible mother then.
Also the fact that carrying a parasitic organism for nine months is a hell of a lot more dangerous than the romantic view of pregnancy lets on. It wreaks havoc on a woman's body, and someone who isn't going to be dealing with that doesn't get to have a goddamn opinion about it. And I mean that in an individual sense, not as in gender. It doesn't fucking matter if you CAN carry a child, unless you ARE carrying the specific child in question in your own body, you don't get to have a fucking say.
This. Pregnancy horrifies me for the very reason of the lack of control over your own body, I don't believe anybody should ever be forced through it against their will.
This. Pregnancy horrifies me for the very reason of the lack of control over your own body, I don't believe anybody should ever be forced through it against their will.
Not to mention the various risks that pregnancy carries. Ranging from the actual birth, all the way to the fetus causing problems due to the RH blood factor
Mary Magdalena was pregnant without sex, I mean it was rape by god, but still...
Mary Magdalene was a prostitute so not having sex would have limited her income quite a lot.
Doesn't that mean that women will commit murder every time they have a period?
I guess I'm pregnant. :v:
This is absolutely ridiculous. It's amazing.
A sentence in the bill defines gestational age as “calculated from the first day of the last menstrual period of the pregnant woman,” which would move the beginning of a pregnancy up two weeks prior to conception.
Well, seeing as I naturally skip months between periods, would I be considered "a few months pregnant" after every period? Or would I only be considered pregnant when the egg (not the bass) drops?
Mary Magdalene was a prostitute so not having sex would have limited her income quite a lot.
By my understanding, the Catholic church completely made-up the concept of Mary Magdalene as a prostitute to justify the idea of only men being capable of holiness, that there were only male disciples. Hence only men can be priests.
Well, seeing as I naturally skip months between periods, would I be considered "a few months pregnant" after every period? People say this isn't America, this is just Arizona. But surely this is against some sort of federal law. I can't even think about how stupid this is, I can't grasp it. It's like trying to think about the size of the universe.
I'm Pro-Life and even I think this is stupid.
I'm Pro-Life and even I think this is stupid.
well then you're shit at being pro-life because this is what being pro-life means.
what the fuck there's a FISH in there? why is the female anatomy so fucking incomprehensible
wubwubwubwubwubwub
This is actually good. It'll show people how batshit insane these people are.
Actually. they are right. We count 9 months for one baby to grow, but actually its 8,5. We start counting at the moment of the last period. Thats 2 weeks before a woman ovulates.
dear itsmozy please stop violating causality sincerely lankist
well then you're shit at being pro-life because this is what being pro-life means.
lol yeah well theres being prolife then theres being retarded
Actually. they are right. they should define pregnancy as starting when the foetus that will be the woman herself is conceived that would mean that as soon as someone is pregnant they are starting infinite potential pregnancies in the future as well
