Bob is no longer employed by the firm.
Correction Bob Should be the Manager of the firm.
Correction Bob Should be the Manager of the firm.
Why should the firm keep paying his six-figure salary when they can cut out the middleman for 1/5 of the cost?
Correction Bob Should be the Manager of the firm.
Indeed, he showed those around him that he was resourceful person. But they fired him for being resourceful. Sad days.
Lazy, no sense of responsibility, and doesn't want to work? Yeah, sounds like he'd be the kind of guy to browse reddit.
It's nothing new; businessmen have been doing this all the time. Actually the most popular country to outsource work to is India. What with their perfect English comprehension and understanding they can get the job done faster. There are actually companies in India specifically made for this reason. You can hire a personal organizer and assistant that lives half way across the world. They will do your shopping, research your next vacation destination and calculate costs, they do your taxes, settle your bills and even organize your child's school and after school schedules.
Holy shit. How do I get one?
It's rather disgusting how little of his salary went to the actual people working; I can't feel anything but disgust. It reminds me of those multi-millionaires that rip off the workers employed under them just to keep higher profit margins for themselves.
Yeah but think optimistically. He created jobs. He used his job to make jobs and pass the money around.
Why is this winner

Finally I have a goal in life
But how much does it cost?
You pay them by the hour just like any other salary job. But obviously not at the US rate of pay. Do some researching online about these companies; its pretty cool actually Their graduates need jobs and they can work for you. India is quickly becoming one of the most technologically inclined countries today
This is not winner. This is not cool either. This is the reason why office shootings occur. If the boss didn't throw his lazy ass off the roof he dragged him into his office and tore him an asshole so wide that NASA thought it was a black hole. Not only did the guy compromise his office work but he also compromised ALL of their clients.
Further investigation found that the enterprising Bob had actually taken jobs with other firms and had outsourced that work too, netting him hundreds of thousands of dollars in profit as well as lots of time to hang around on internet messaging boards and checking out the latest Detective Mittens video.
I'm pretty sure in software development positions you sign contracts that say you will not work for anyone else. Violation by outsourcing aside, his ass is STILL twisting in the wind simply because he committed MASSIVE time theft and fraud. Whoever hires this guy now ain't going to be doing so because he can code.
