my friends dog hid her poop in peoples shows to eat them later i found it oddly cute :3:
wtf
My cat is more human than most of the humans I know.
Dogs willingly show their tummies
oh my god why do people even fucking say this word it has absolutely no bearing on the actual organ and it's just spelled and sounds fucked up
oh my god why do people even fucking say this word it has absolutely no bearing on the actual organ and it's just spelled and sounds fucked up
Someone needs a tummy rub
oh my god why do people even fucking say this word it has absolutely no bearing on the actual organ and it's just spelled and sounds fucked up
Stomach -> Stummy -> Tummy It's probably a derived word that's easier to say for kids
Dogs see eye contact as confronting and agressive. its funny when i look at my dog in the eyes and stare cause he averts his gaze every few seconds
Oh god, I thought I was the only person who did this [editline]29th January 2011[/editline]
oh my god why do people even fucking say this word it has absolutely no bearing on the actual organ and it's just spelled and sounds fucked up
Some people also call your head your 'noggin' What's your point?
people defend child abuse, no-one defends pet abuse seriously?
"Myth 6: Dogs and cats learn only if you punish them." I don't know anyone who would be stupid enough to believe that..
people defend child abuse, no-one defends pet abuse seriously?
Animals are not people, they are property. If someone owns an animal they should be allowed to do whatever they damn well please to it, including dismemberment, disembowelment, filming crush videos, and ESPECIALLY anal probing. ...You're welcome.
"Property" that can feel pain, fear, and extreme suffering. So no, no one should be allowed to terrorize their pet because they're less defend-able than people
"Property" that can feel pain, fear, and extreme suffering. So no, no one should be allowed to terrorize their pet because they're less defend-able than people
He was being sarcastic, pretty sure of it. Besides it's Pockets, you shouldn't take him seriously.
Eh, just woke up anyway v:v:v

...You're welcome.
alright thanks that works
Myth 11: Cats suck the breath from babies.
I'm not too sure that this one is a myth. When my cat is hungry, and I'm asleep, she sits on my chest and presses her two front paws onto my neck until I stop breathing and wake up. Then she tries to flee, because more often than not I'll just grab her and tuck her under the covers. She only does this to me, not my partner. She kneads my partner's eyelids instead.
people defend child abuse, no-one defends pet abuse seriously?
Because the ones who are defending child abuse or rather "proper discipline" don't know any other way to handle children. They are proving that children who are spanked are using violence more then hugging and logic. Pretty funny to watch them try to defend it actually.
I'm really glad that some people actually took my post seriously, and would like to add on to it that Obama is hitler and all people over the age of seven should be required by law to own a fully automatic gun. Also, suffrage: more like outrage!
She's trying to murder you in your sleep.
We should find him that informational pic with the cats plan of attack, like when it climbs on top of you its checking for weakness in your body, and when it eats grass and pukes its preparing for battle.
I call BS in certain parts of this list, ESPECIALLY the hugging animals could be taken as a threat. Every little while my cat will jump up on my lap, stand and put its paws on my shoulder and stare at me 'til I squeeze him. My cat's a masochist by this logic.
When i say Kitty Kitty my cat purrs and comes to me for a belly rub.
My cat loves to play fetch with bubblegum. I've never understood why.
i think what the article means is that cats take hugs as a form of aggression when they're already in an aggressive state, ie chasing smaller animals (outdoor cats) or playing with cat toys. Basically, when they have their claws sticking out. In my experience, this is all too true: My cat is usually incredibly lazy and cuddly, unless i take out my earbuds or move them in any way, in which case he starts clawing at them and biting them like crazy, and me too if I try to even pet him. I have gone through several earbuds just in the last few months and have resorted to stocking up on the cheaply made free ones whenever I fly.
Is alpha rolling referring to when you roll a dog on it's back and "head lock" him when he's acting bad/over excited or aggressive to show your dominance and calm the dog down? I thought that was generally considered far and wide by vets and such to be the proper way to deal with your dog misbehaving instead of smacking or "punishing" the dog.
I used that while training my dog and my friend, an experienced veterinarian, swears by it [along with squeezing their mouth shut as opposed to slapping].
My cat wags it tail just becasue it can. Give it a pat, wags its tail. Feed it, wags its tail. Do anything, wag its tail. They should have talked about that
My cockatiel has a tendency to walk up and headbutt your arm/hand It's a sign he wants to be petted, if you don't do it, you get bitten

They should have talked about that
Replace: Wag its tail to: Bite me. Then that is my sisters dog. That dog bites all the time and when I pull my hand away because it is red and infectious, she goes all puppy eyes and bites me more.
1 - Eh my cats seem ok with being hugged, they've both put up with it since they were kittens so they are probably used to it. 2 - And I am a cat lover and cats still often approach me, I even manage to befriend cats who are usually too shy around strangers. 6 - The closest I do to punishing my cats is hissing at them straignt after they do something bad. 11 - Every child in my family has been raised in a house with cats! Nothing bad has ever happened. My cats hate being around children anyway. My younger cat likes to get up in my face when I'm trying to sleep but I think she's just attention-whoring.
