Michigan Teen in Critical Condition After Being Shot for Wielding Fake Gun

..sure as fuck wasnt premature shooting. If you dont shoot first, you might as well not shoot at all. Your reaction time between shooting first/second is large. Cop thought his life is in danger, so he defended himself against a real threat.

yeah I didn't mean premature, I just meant instant. idk why i used that word.
So what's that got to do with guns?
When someone posts "Wishing death/fatal injury on someone who disagrees with your standpoint?" in response to someone who regularly argues for gun control (opposing breaks opinions), in a thread about a kid being shot. Yeah, that now has everything to do about guns. Mainly xxncxxs' persecution complex. But guns too.
considering breakyourfac has nothing to do with an attack on guns, your post is also pretty stupid.
It didn't have anything to do with guns until xxncxxs' persecution complex kicked in. It was a play on break always posting shit from Michigan that happens to be about people he is near.
I'm seeing a trend here. Anime avatar? American flag? Gun rights advocate? Don't expect reading comprehension!

So much ad hominem that it hurts. You seem to have a raging hard-on for my so called 'persecution complex'. Care to explain?
I'm seeing a trend here. Anime avatar? American flag? Gun rights advocate? Don't expect reading comprehension!
it's kind of hilarious that you assume i'm a gun rights advocate for disagreeing with your post. xxncxx's post wasn't an attack on someone who advocates gun control, it was about the joke posts relating to if this kid was breakyourfac or not. break's opinion on guns were not a factor at all

"someone who disagrees with your standpoint?"
It's right fucking there. Right there. It's a factor.

What's wrong with anime?
What's wrong with anime?
Never really said anything was wrong with it. Just I'm seeing a trend inclusive of people who use anime avatars.
This escalated quickly.
Never really said anything was wrong with it. Just I'm seeing a trend inclusive of people who use anime avatars.
I live in a world where we judge not by what avatar we have, but by the quality of our posts.
Never really said anything was wrong with it. Just I'm seeing a trend inclusive of people who use anime avatars.
And I see a trend inclusive of people with hexpunK in their name making sweeping generalizations.
"someone who disagrees with your standpoint?"
It's right fucking there. Right there. It's a factor.
my bad. that doesn't make your post any less stupid, though. making broad generalizations and yelling about xxncxx's "persecution complex" was completely unnecessary.
Once again some kids stupidity got him in way more trouble than it should have with police. Why is it so hard to just do what police ask you to do? Any sensible person is taught to do what ever the fuck a cop asks you to do.
well, that's a bit of a broad statement. you should feel free to not comply with police requests, within reason
So the officer shot even though the kid put up his hands? What a dick.
"Produced a handgun from his clothing" seems to imply that he pulled the gun out of his clothes with his previously empty hands.

I take more offense at the American Flag bit personally, as if Americans are not to be allowed to take part in debate because of birth place.

It would be like saying "that guy is Korean, obviously he is incapable of rational thought!"
This forum has problems with elitism. Best to ignore people who drag nationality, join date, post count, or avatar preferences into arguements.

Oh come on. This again? I'll give you the same response I gave the anime guy. I never said all Americans are incapable of reading. I merely pointed out that I'm seeing a trend that happens to include people with that avatar preference and nationality. Unless you so happen to have all three things I posted, you have no reason to be offended.
Whatever, xxncxx snipped, so either he realised the post was fucking stupid or is trying to avoid starting shit.
xxncxx is stupid most of the time. don't respond to stupid trolls.

every forum does, this isn't something unique to facepunch

Maybe, but it could easily be solved if flag dog, join date, and post count were removed.

That would just put the focus back onto avatars.
That would just put the focus back onto avatars.
That's not so bad. Or just remove them too. Names too. Than we can be just like one place we all know.
But enough of that, a person was shot for wielding a fake gun, not enough information to know exactly what happened.

Yes I realized I had made a dumb post so I snipped it. That still doesn't change the fact that you're being an immature crybaby about it.
