I like how her parents didn't just confront her and let her be charged criminally. Great family
A lot of parents think rolling their kids through Juvie will somehow change them, if you ever watch that "Beyond Scared Straight" TV show you'll see it's really a hit or miss strategy.
I wonder what kind of parents would assume that they'd been slipped a mickey? Maybe the daughter has a bad history of stupid stunts or something for them to figure that one. .. Or I just underestimate people's thoughts on this stuff. :v:
Does she have to go to jail? Like, can't the parents settle this?
Somehow I get the feeling that this isn't the first time she's pulled something ridiculous. You can't even lay the blame at her parents' feet either with what information is provided. Maybe it's their fault to some degree. Maybe the kids just fucked in the head. Who knows.
oh you're one of those sheltered child types i see
I'm Amish
Don't the Amish try their hardest not to use electronics and whatnot
Can we really blame her
Don't the Amish try their hardest not to use electronics and whatnot
They usually avoid tech, but some use it on rare occasions, such as having a truck on-hand if they need it. They also might have to use tech in public places, such as grocery stores with do-it-yourself check-out machines. Ultimately the leniency varies from place to place.
Don't the Amish try their hardest not to use electronics and whatnot
In my experience, the Amish can use electronics (I knew of an amish person who had a job as a carpenter, using power tools), they just can't own them. Or something to that effect, anyway.
I wonder if when she did her webcam show she told her viewers "Tip 100 tokens and I'll write your name on my dad's face with a magic marker" after her parents passed out.
Did her friend actually have anything to do with this, or did they just arrest her because of guilt by association? I know it was her prescription, but the chick could have just stolen a few pills when she was visiting her.
Does he have a magnificent beard?
I don't know, I only know of him through stories my grandmother tells me of the small town she lives in.
where did it say she has a laptop
idk how else she could get on unless they have a family computer and her user account locked, but that makes no sense since she could go onto the computer right after the drugs took their toll
I'm sure the media will spin this and find someway to blame video games and the internet for making this kid "violent".

i'd let her drug me for unauthorized internet access anytime.
i'd let her drug me for unauthorized internet access anytime.
The nails ruin this for me, I just picture them cutting into my dick.
I like how her parents didn't just confront her and let her be charged criminally. Great family
From the story I heard, its her parents pressing the charges. They aren't just "letting it happen", they're the ones doing it.
The nails ruin this for me, I just picture them cutting into my dick.
you say that like it's a bad thing
Clever girl...
They were booked into Placer County Juvenile Hall. That is dangerously close to where I live I have no hope for my fellow constituents. :c
The nails ruin this for me, I just picture them cutting into my dick.
she'd give a mean back scratch though
i'd let her drug me for unauthorized internet access anytime.
I'd drug her
I blame the parents for being more shitty than they need to be. Just because people love to demonize new media doesn't make things like the internet evil and by restraining your kid from something they clearly enjoy you're raising a shittier kid than you would otherwise.
Not letting their daughter use the internet after 10 pm is perfectly reasonable.
It only sounds reasonable till you realize that the reason the arbitrary cut off is 10 pm is because that's when the parents sleep. Meaning they can't monitor her with hawk like vigilance to make sure she isn't getting up to ~no good~ So yeah basically the parents treat their teen like a baby rather than 'imminent adult' which leads to her being sociopathic, since you don't need a conscience when you have a guiding eyeball watching your every god damn move and chastising you for doing wrong.
