It's a fucking missile.
A missile don't need to carry explosives.

I went on Google Maps to see what those small dots were, and to no surprise they were unnamed.
However, to my huge surprise, there were aerial images of the cities there. Woah. Google had been allowed to fly their aircrafts over North Korea. How, I do not know.
I also saw there were previewable images by each of the cities and beaches, which was interesting. Probably uploaded by the NK govnt. because they make NK seem like a nice place, but still very fascinating.

Because we totally weren't using upgraded V2 missiles to go to the moon or any of that.
Uh, don't they take the pictures with satellites?
Nope. Well, yeah, but that's just the first three-ish layers of pictures. When you zoom closer it switches to aerial. They've flown aircraft over ca. 70% of the land on Earth. Zoom in on Greenland or the Russian tundra and you'll see there is no aerial images, so you can't zoom as far in as you can in, say, a city.
I hope the shit doesn't crash in South korea.
Now wouldn't that be a ploy...
"We sincerely regret the failure of our live-payload missile test over South Korea."

Why on Earth would North Korea be interested in a space program?
They don't exactly have the resources for that.

No one doubts it is for the military, it is just that it is possible to use rockets for peaceful purposes
