Left 4 Dead 3, if it was based in Europe that could be intresting considering that well, Europe does not have the military like America and has different guns anyway. And they could experiment with new special infected.
Boomers now coat their victims in syrup.
And apologize afterwards
About friggin' time.
Valve time sucks.
Is it weird that I'm more excited about L4D3 than Half Life 3?
In my own opinion, I have feeling that after having been hyped up for so many years and then being released, Half Life 3 may come as a disappointment to a lot of people who have waited for so long. Of course you'll have the brainless people who will defend the game and say its utterly perfect without any problems but I suspect alot of people will feel disappointed. Edit: I like how most people have rated me dumb for criticizing their precious Half Life. Get your heads out of your arses and grow up.

Still I expect a nice, enjoyable game that ties up loose ends with the series. (or at least gordon's story arc.) ...However, if it does end up that amazing, I will probably have my mind blown 10 times over.
I find it interesting they got a group for World of Warcraft. I know Gabe plays (or used to play) WoW. Time to create an account for US servers and start doing detective work eh?
Hyped for L4D3 fucking fight me
who honestly gives one solitary shit about l4d3
The poster above you.
L4D 1 is a classic fun game to play with friends L4D 2 is the same but with more Also, its Valve, I don't see whats not to like
its... happening?
I'm already hyped up for this to happen [t]http://i.imgur.com/JJDEUm4.jpg[/t]
Wouldn't surprise me if all this waiting time was cause they wanted another 'Orange Box' esque style pacakage
I don't see how bundling 3 AAA games in a package would benefit anybody. valve knows that there are plenty of half life fans that hate left 4 dead, and likewise a lot of left 4 dead players have never even played a half life game.
I'm going to guess that Source 2 has a good portion of HL3's content since it's very well the same with Source 1 and HL2. Only thing that is missing from all of the source-prefixed gcfs are Half-Life 2's faceposer scenes and maps.

Australian L4D3, massive spider special infected
:suicide:
You know, I'm not surprised. If Valve employees can really choose and help other teams if they are interested I could see them leaving work on HL3 for something less demanded.
Man I want the release of Half Life 3 to be like Half Life 2. New Counter Strike, new DoD and HL3 Deathmatch. And loads of mod tools released. Most exciting thing for me was seeing the new maps and mods people put out around the release of the mod tools. Was so fun.
Wait, Kelly Bailey is in these groups? YES.
They could be developing Half Life 3 allongside the Source 2 engine.
Am I the only one who isn't gonna be sarcastic in saying I want another L4D? Honestly it's one of my favourite games of all time, and it really needs more content. You can only play the same 12 campaigns through so many times before it gets boring. Sure there's a few custom campaigns of equal quality but they vary, and have a lot of glitches like Suicide Blitz 2, on some versions it has an uncrossable pipeline, and the 2 tanks you have to fight at the end are invisible. It's been 4 years since 2 was released and the community is drying up, Realism Expert wise anyway, I keep running into the same 30 odd people on that mode. Anything else just isn't challenging enough, other than versus which I plain don't enjoy Anyway, new survivors, new campaigns, new weapons. Maybe there'll even be a mandatory vehicle section! If it's coming, I'm looking forward to it. Also, what the fuck is the soup club?

And its all up to the driver whether or not you make it or not. That'd be fucking JIZZTASTIC.
l4d3: jockeys can now double jump, increased jockey's jump to 50 feet, boosted jockey's health to 500 hp. but to be honest, a little nerf to the jockey would be very appreciated.
Or a new Day of Defeat? Or, I don't know, fix Day of Defeat: Source
Oh my fucking god, yes please. It annoys the crap out of me how much DoD;s has been ignored.
