Well thats because back then the 360 actually was a fucking awesome console. I started to paddle back once NXE came... (Next Xbox Experience)
The difference between the PS3 and 360 was largely one of price and exclusives. They were both good consoles with their pros and cons, though not having to pay for multiplayer pulled the PS3 ahead for me personally. The Xbone seems to be making so many missteps though and Sony is really capitalizing on it.
Austria is on the list. Fuck yea.
It reminds me how Live wouldn't let me log in after I made an account for GTAIV PC with Poland as my country of residence because they didn't support it. Like, why even have it as an option fuckers
GFWL wouldnt let me play GTA4 when my country was set to UK... had to set it to USA
Made from the list in the OP for your convenience: Lookit all that red.
hahaha africa
Made from the list in the OP for your convenience: Lookit all that red.
Just put a Sony Logo on it and email it to their advertising department, they have their work done for them.
I love how Poland doesn't get the service. It doesn't really matter who gets the service since everybody should be getting the Ps4 right?
It would be a massive backstab that could backlash but it would be so glorious if Sony started to attack MS even more.
Yes they did. One billion. It's not even 100 millions which would be believable after a few years.
they said next gen consoles in general, not only their own still, the box is gonna sell despite the pure internet outrage. Maybe they're holding some golden secret til the last second, maybe they've done the math and know what will net them the most cash before the ship sinks. A lot of people bitching were never going to buy an xbox anyways and are just looking for things to shout about in superiority, a lot of other people are going to buy it anyways when they realize some cool games are out and, fuck it, they have an internet connection so it's not a problem for them yeah, it's shitty a lot of this stuff is apparently being pressed, but we'll see where it goes.
Oh wow, even Western European countries are off the list, mine included. What the fuck MS? Did ours and Greece's shitty economy scare you off? Spain didn't.
Made from the list in the OP for your convenience: Lookit all that red.
Oh my god, just... look at Portugal, it's just sad.
Yes they did. One billion. It's not even 100 millions which would be believable after a few years.
I did the math on this All the game consoles ever sold, back to the Magnavox fucking Odyssey, have sold 814 million total Microsoft are delusional as FUCK
No Gibraltar? Everyone seems to forget about us. :C
Why do you think it's coming to PS4 and PC?
wait what MGS 5 is coming to PC.? [editline]12th June 2013[/editline]
No Gibraltar? Everyone seems to forget about us. :C
I don't forget <3
so are they just not even releasing the console in the non-supported countries? wow [editline]12th June 2013[/editline] no japan is hilarious
uhhhh I don't have 6 feet of space to work with?
And who the fuck would ever buy a $500 console for a TV that can't do 720p?
As I type right now I have my 360, PS3, and Wii hooked up for my cathode ray tube television from 18+ years ago. It's kind of annoying that some companies like, say, Capcom seem to think that HD = microscopic text, but besides that ol' Electronic Methuselah is still holding up just fine.
And who the fuck would ever buy a $500 console for a TV that can't do 720p?
is this a joke or something please tell me you are not so fucking spoiled that you truly believe anyone who can afford a games console can afford an HDTV
Guess those non supported countries got XBONED?
is this a joke or something please tell me you are not so fucking spoiled that you truly believe anyone who can afford a games console can afford an HDTV
...How much do you think HDTV's cost now?
Why whould you support less countries then the last console? I mean, wow I can a company this big be so incompetent?
is this a joke or something please tell me you are not so fucking spoiled that you truly believe anyone who can afford a games console can afford an HDTV
Aren't they as almost as affordable as standard def TVs? At least the smaller ones?
Made from the list in the OP for your convenience: Lookit all that red.
Sony is focusing more and more in the latin american market, with an EXCLUSIVE latin american e3 conference. Shit Microsoft, Chile and Argentina has Xbox live (overpriced).
Good thing I'm buying a PS4 :P
is this a joke or something please tell me you are not so fucking spoiled that you truly believe anyone who can afford a games console can afford an HDTV
You can get a damn good HDTV for under $400 now.
You can get a damn good HDTV for under $400 now.
I actually looked it up, in various places, you can get them for like, sub $300 now.
yeah but anything $200+ is not exactly pocket change, keep that in mind. i'm just saying that there are a lot of people who are ready to trade in and sell their existing gaming gear to be able to buy a next-gen console. that DOES NOT mean that they can also immediately afford an HDTV in the same time frame
I haven't seen a non-hd tv in stores for more than five years.
You can get a damn good HDTV for under $400 now.
Really? Damn, I remember when they were priced along the lines of $600 - $1100 for the good ones. I haven't been in an electronics shop (or the market for a TV) in a few years though. That aside, saying "if you can spend $400, then you can spend $800" is terrible logic.
Is anyone else surprised that a company this big managed to do the exact opposite of what people wanted? I mean, it's like they looked at every single critic about the Xbox One, and said "I bet it would be funny if we do that exact opposite, we will go down in history that's for sure". I said earlier that a company can't be this ignorant, and it's really sad that I'm wrong, I hope that Microsoft makes no profit and ends up only wasting money on the console. I mean really, if they can't see all they need to do to fix the Xbox One is 1. Get rid of always online. 2. Fix the disgusting used game situation. 3. Get rid of always inbox Kinect so we don't have that shoved down our throat, or at least reduce the price of the Xbox so it actually competes with the PS4. 4. Increase the countries that can have Xbox Live. If Microsoft has that many issues that they can't see that's what people want, then they don't deserve a single sale.
Made from the list in the OP for your convenience: Lookit all that red.
Given the broadband requirement you may as well red-out all of arctic Canada and Russia, and add a few red splotches to the middle of Australia.
Given the broadband requirement you may as well red-out all of arctic Canada and Russia, and add a few red splotches to the middle of Australia.
Germany, Australia and possibly even Canada might have the XBox One illegal due to the Kinect making it a monitoring device.
