Is anyone else surprised that some wolves attacked a boy WALKING HOME FROM SCHOOL? I mean, is that commonplace in Norway?
How's that special? Most of Scandinavia is sparsely populated rural area. I doubt that wolf encounters are so rare there. And then came the berserker rage.
RWARRHHRARRAAR
I could see this happening in an episode of Metalacolypse.
They attack when they are hungry
Not really. Wolves, even starving, VERY rarely confront humans. It's much more likely that this kid is just full of shit than it is that those wolves actually intended on eating him. Here, A list of everyone known to have been killed by wolves in the past THREE HUNDRED YEARS: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wolf_attacks_on_humans You are more likely to be killed by....well fuck just about anything.
So have I, but only on the internet. I live in Norway myself, but I don't see Norway as a place of heavy metal in any way.
We created Black metal though
Amazing :golfclap:
To be honest, any music played over a mobile phone's shitty speakers is going to scare animals away.
The tinniness of the speakers will cause all hipster audiophiles to run away and/or kill themselves. Use this to your advantage
The tinniness of the speakers will cause all hipster audiophiles to run away and/or kill themselves. Use this to your advantage
the quality of speakers isn't gonna make creed sound any better or worse
At first I thought "Fuck yeah, Megadeth saved the day", then I realized it was Creed.
Wolves rarely attack humans, I doubt they had any intention of attacking him. Even if they did he could have probably scared them off just by shouting at them, whether it was music or not is irrelevant, its just the noise that scares them. I see foxes all the time starring at me but that doesnt mean they are going to jump me.
the quality of speakers isn't gonna make creed sound any better or worse
as if that was possible
The episode starts with the incident appearing on the news while dethclok watches, they use that idea to bring speakers to Iraq playing their music extremely loud, while unnecessarily killing US and Taliban troops alike.
Or the band is lost in the woods while on their way to a gig. Wolves begin to circle them and they break out in one of their hardest songs ever, the wolves heads begin to explode from the sheer amount of rock.
It wasn't Megadeth, damn it
well creed would be enough to scare me away too
I expected Heavy Metal superheroes. Shit would be awesome. Yeah... Creed.. :gay:
We created Black metal though
What's even the difference from that to any other of the *insert word* metals? I'm no music person.
What's even the difference from that to any other of the *insert word* metals? I'm no music person.
Black metal is usually anti Christian and will commonly encourage either paganism or satanism, depending on the band. True black metal is also characterized by very low production quality. Mayhem, Burzum, and early Dimmu Borgir are good examples.
To be honest, any music played over a mobile phone's shitty speakers is going to scare animals away.
"what the fuck is that?! uh...uh RUN"
I remember reading somewhere that he played like christian metal instead of Megadeth...hmm
Christian metal can send even the most fearless wolves running.
Wowee. That's metals.
Guh, yeh - das totallies brutals.
Christian metal can send even the most fearless wolves running.
Christian metalcore makes me want to rip my ears out of my head.
The article is wrong, they didn't run off, they stopped and had a little mosh pit together.
The article is wrong, they didn't run off, they stopped and had a little mosh pit together.
To Creed? Bwahhahaahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
To Creed? Bwahhahaahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
I thought it was megadeth, if it was creed then they boy was killed as well due to nuked ears.
I live in Norway myself, but I don't see Norway as a place of heavy metal in any way.
Norway is pretty much the most metal place on Earth, I don't think you live in Norway at all! You are a fraud, sir!
In Oslo they kill each other over metal. That takes dedication
Norway is pretty much the most metal place on Earth, I don't think you live in Norway at all! You are a fraud, sir!
No, it's birthplace in Birmingham has to be the most metal place ever.
No, it's birthplace in Birmingham has to be the most metal place ever.
I'm talking about currently.
I too would scram if someone confronted me with the terrible genre that is Heavy Metal.
