Windows 7 Pre-orders Beat Harry Potter and the deathly hollows Pre-orders - Polidicks

I dont see what the big deal with Windows 7 is, it runs just as well as Vista. I have been using Vista since 2007 and its gotten progressively better, when I started using Windows 7 it used just as much RAM and ran games just the same.

Made the jump from XP to Windows 7 last week. I'm still surprised by how fast I got everything set to my preferences. Never going back :)

Well there are a lot of PCs, but there aren't a lot of people capable of reading a book (even if it's just Harry Potter). Not to mention that for a PC Windows is pretty much the only choice (sure there is Linux, but how many would be able to (or even want to) use that? Few), but there are many different books. So I'm not surprised, though I'd have a feeling that I'd be happier if it was the opposite (not because I have some crazy love for HP or some burning hate for W7, read ahead before raging), at least that would mean that people are starting to read books (even if just HP), it's a real challenge to find someone that reads books and doesn't think it's "gay" (or maybe I've just been unlucky for that part).

It was amazing how much better my PC runs with Windows 7 from XP X64 (Was laying around, worked fine). There had to be a good five things I didn't have to reinstall because they were built into the OS.

Hell noooooo, I had more problems in XP then in Vista. then you dont know how to use a system You don't have to edit a file in System32 its a setting in the control panel. yearh you can do that but not all those freaking pop ups will be removed I used to play the Crysis demo and GTA 4 on Vista without a problem, you have a shitty pc. crysis demo... i play crysis warhead on full with dx 11
