The serious ones I mean.[/QUOTE] Most likely not, unless they get [I]really[/I] huge in which case there might be enough reporting to affect public opinion (haven't seen that happen) or they print the signatures out and deliver them personally after inviting the media. There are crowd funded lobby organizations that do the latter though (and also organize other forms of protest/awareness raising) that seem to be somewhat successful by taking the protests offline.
