Its easy to make a pipe out of almost any fruit or cylindrical object. There is no reason to use a newspaper and inhale ink.

Desecrating fruit in NK is punishable by mortar strike.
news papers are used as rolling papers? the fucks wrong with these people
holy shit i had not read that last line. that's not healthy at all.
the more i inform myself about NK the more i feel like there should be something done about their constitution, leader, and government. (not in that order. hint: start with the leader)
Yeah, but there will be no food when you're apocalyptically munchied.
On one hand, it's pretty cool that North Korea is so chill about weed, but on the other hand it gives more ammunition for those warbands of low-bred swamp-born gator people who still hate communism and piss liquid patriotism.
That being said if you are an actual human-alligator hybrid, I mean no ill will towards your kind; I am merely hating on Republicans again.
Conservative shit-pissers aside, good on NK for embracing weed, even if their regime is run by a cabal of generals and another clone of the K.I.M brand of crazy android dictators.
How come if I call a liberal a pompous hipster douche I'm immediately branded as some sort of asshole?
holy shit people in nk use meth?
that shit burns through calories like a motherfucker. you would think that an average korean guy would shrivel up after that shit.

Meth doesn't make you burn more calories, it does act as an appetite suppressant though, like most stimulants, which is why you see people addicted to stims all skinny.

An appetite suppressant might be ideal for their situation, it would make the hunger pains go away.

iirc some prescription diet pills still contain meth.
In extreme cases of obesity or ADHD, methamphetamine can be prescribed as Desoxyn (in the US). Meth is only schedule II in the US (same with cocaine and PCP) and thus can be used medically.

no it doesn't just cause appetite suppression. it's a stimulant so it actually causes your body to begin burning energy. if it was just an appetite suppressor it wouldn't cause such rapid weight loss in users.
even if you ignore the fact that meth causes you to burn energy faster, people on meth are a lot more hyperactive, which will spur calorie burning anyways.

rarely. it's also rarely used with adhd.
however it's incredibly addictive(more so than other amphetamines normally given out), so use is incredibly rare and generally over a short period of time.

Haha you seen the Vice videos from when they visited? Imagine eating that nondescript tasteless banal looking produce with the munchies.
I wonder if anyone has resorted to cannibalism in such a situation...

can't speak for meth but as a former user of other amphetamines (for adhd ofc) I can say that the appetite suppression is a much more drastic effect when it comes to weight loss than the stimulating effects.
How does a country like North Korea get meth? Are the ingredients so readily available that citizens in a communist country based largely around agriculture can make it?

There are hundreds of ways to manufacture Methamphetamine. You could even start with Phenylalanine if you wanted, and that's a compound present in the human body as an enzyme. Frankly even a country like North Korea would have a hard time keeping it out with how easy it is to get or manufacture. Where there's a will there's a way.
Also I'm fairly sure a lot of it probably came from China, which has a really bad meth problem.
If best Korea smokes weed like it's nothing, then you know America is doing something wrong (Except now it's finally slowly legalizing).
In the year 2020, 6 years after NK's reform it is now the largest exporter of cannabis, a drug that now is legalized all over the world. Kim Jong Un together with Snoop Dog are the largest symbols of weed. NK is ranked number 1 as the most chill nation on this planet by UN's yearly chill survey.
The future is fucking bright.
At least one government knows whats right. Crack down on meth and other hard drugs not marijuana.
its funny because North Korean's are Rastafari wannabe's

there's a difference between locking people in cages and making substances more dangerous, due to deregulation and the black market, and cracking down on only harmful use in an effective way that actually helps

if you were taking it for adhd you weren't taking it in large enough doses to get the full brunt of what these chemicals do to you. i've taken up to 60-80 mg of adderall at once; it really does start to cause a lot of energy to be released in ways you might not even expect.
i mean even if you aren't running around the neighborhood, you begin "flailing"(a meth term), where you are incredibly twitchy, and start becoming single minded on little physical tasks. your whole body becomes dedicated to getting rid of the excess energy that the stimulant has started to release.
but yea the appetite suppression does play a large role, i'm just saying that it works in conjunction with other effects to produce incredibly drastic weight loss in a short period of time.

the ingredients are incredibly simple. meth is something you can learn to make from an entry level organic chemistry course.

In theory you could cut your own arm of and make meth out of it.
What else are they going to do? It's not like they have enough energy to fuck.
mean while in the great U.S. some people have too much stored energy to be able to move let alone fuck.

It makes you burn heaps of calories because it causes an increase in body temprature.

The one day I did it it caused me to lose like 2 kg.

And America and the UK and other developed non-tyrannical nations lock people in cages for years just for merely possessing it... that's a poetic note.
It's legal here.
Where?
The US? Yeah in some states medically others fully, right? But not federally
Fully legal here, and Obama has pretty much said he doesn't care, and isn't going to go after anyone.

Granted, you can still fail a piss test. Because apparently the way things work is if it's in your blood/urine, it counts as being under the influence, like being drunk at work, even if you haven't smoked in more than a week.

HOWEVER, recently a guy who was driving while high a couple weeks ago(smoked a bowl at a buddies house and drove home) hit a pedestrian who ran out in front of his car. He was arrested, and then released with no charges. He cooperated with the cops.
It's a shame he doesn't really present an official line on the issue and instead just continues inaction on the matter and hopes it goes away.
That's encouraging news about the guy who was arrested. I hope the tolerance you people are breeding expands elsewhere throughout the world.
