I hope the collector doesn't get charged. It's not like he planned to sell them nor was he even using them. It seems like the police will be getting the drugs off the streets which is probably what they want too.
I think the collector is being serious, no one would readily keep that many pills without selling them, I would think. I hope he doesn't get charged, because he actually seems concerned that someone might get hurt if they used it. Bad decision to keep them anyway.
