Jealous people who know they will never be financially successful say they hate fancy cars.
Know what would sell well? Manufacturers bringing European models to North America.
Nitros are the ugliest shitboxes Chrysler makes, I can't believe they would waste any money developing a custom edition.
It's somehow more boxy than a Scion xB; this is impossible.
Bulky and big as fuck, probably built like shit and has a cheap plastic interior, and handles like shit. American cars suck ass.
Chrysler and GM cars suck ass.
It's a Dodge, and not a Viper. Therefore it is worthless clumped together metal.
The Hemi and Cummins are some of the best engines put in 4 wheeled vehicles.
Why yellow
I thought the title said "Dodge bring a Dinosaur to Detroit". :| I am thoroughly disappointed. On topic though: Chrysler is trying and failing. Just diiiie already.
another car to waste a perfectly fine name
To all people hating on American cars, there is a different mentality. Mustang, Viper, Charger; these are the muscle cars that represented national values in the 70s when they were made. They are classics and there are a lot of Americans that love these cars. Because they are their inner badass, molded into a metallic frame.
Jealous people who know they will never be financially successful say they hate fancy cars.
Haha, it's a fucking dodge, you call that fancy? I mean sure, this particular model is nice, but it's not fancy by any stretch of the word
looks pretty cool [editline]07:02PM[/editline]
Jealous people who know they will never be financially successful say they hate fancy cars.
you should be saying that about a particularly expensive car...not a dodge
I saw the thread title and instantly thought someone was going to finally destroy Detroit. Honestly does anyone even live there anymore
Yeah, I thought so too, but with a lot less hate towards Detroit
I have a Dodge Avenger, and I love the thing. So I have confidence in it, even if it looks bad.
I saw the thread title and instantly thought someone was going to finally destroy Detroit. Honestly does anyone even live there anymore
A bunch of very poor, recently unemployed black people do.
Someone brought flight 77 to Arlington. :black101:
Yay, another gas guzzling fridge on four wheels. We sure needed this! Thank You Chrysler!
Oh yes, considering how popular smart cars are. FYI, the Prius is so unpopular, Toyota is actually losing money when they make and sell them.
Looks fucking rank.
Looks like it's trying too hard to be a Jeep.
Looks like it's trying too hard to be a Jeep.
It is the same chassis as the 2008+ Jeep Liberty's :p Nearly all car companies use the same body for their own variation of a car. Ex, the Chevy Traverse vs the GMC Acadia Ford Edge vs Lincoln MKX

When I read the name I was expecting a fast, awesome looking sports car, then I see an SUV.
Dodge Nitro Alalalala would be better
Ugly. Just make a fucking viper damn it.
On Thursday Chrysler unveiled its latest offering: The Dodge Nitro Detonator. But as tone-deaf as that may seem with the nation still in the grip of terrorism fear, the controversial name is at least guaranteed to get attention. And Chrysler, with its aging product line, seems desperate for attention. Chrysler may be pushing the envelope deliberately, suggested Jeremy Anwyl, although it is unclear if Chrysler realized the controversy this name could stir up. Automakers often exhibit attention-seeking behavior when there's little to point to in the product, he said. Chrysler itself was once known for controversial marketing campaigns like the "Lingerie Bowl." "There's a proud history of controversy there," he said, "but you can see how they get pushed into that." Chrysler was not immediately able to comment on whether the name was designed to incite controversy. Chrysler's Dodge brand has long used aggressive sounding name for its cars, such as Nitro, Caliber and Avenger. Two other new Ntro models are called Heat and Shock.
Yes and I still fear Nazi's assassinating me in my sleep. It's been 9 years! Controversy my ass.
Well the other day while you were sleeping a man planning to blow a plane up was arrested for just that.
Well the other day while you were sleeping a man planning to blow a plane up was arrested for just that.
Shit happens because stupid people do stupid things. I dislike everyone having to associate everything that happens with terrorism which is 99% of the time being associated with the crisis in the middle east.
I wonder if I go to a Carlot with one for sale, and ask questions like 'How many pounds of explosives do you think I could fit in the trunk?' If the salesman would still try to sell it to me Rhetorical question, of course he would
The way that thing looks, I wish it would detonate.
Whoa, I read this and I was like, what the fuck is a Chrystler? Then; Ooohhhh...
