Radical Islam does exist, and those associated with it are beyond horrible/wrong but not every Arab/Muslim country enforces all of the laws you see in the Sharia. In fact, with the exception of Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan several aren't. They're the only ones that stone adulterers and etc.
