Mind explaining why you're voting for David Cameron?

Harder to predict UK elections but it looks like it's going to come down to coalition forming once again.
Cameron can't get a majority with the LibDems with this forecast so he would have to cobble together something else or rule from a minority position (is that possible in the UK).
Miliband ruled out a coalition with SNP but can't use the LibDems to achieve a majority either.
Farage is plain fucked.

Well, from a nobody to probably holding 5-10 seats at best is a pretty good result. Unfortunately.
UKIP will probably end up with 1 seat.
I don't like any of them, and there's no "I want to complain" option on the voting slips.
Typical, the first time I'm able to vote in a general election as well. I mean I'm still going to vote, but I've no fucking clue who for.
Just write "I want to complain" on the ballot. :v:

Hahah this one is just perfect.
Kudos to the cameraman for managing to get him so perfectly focused compared to everyone else.
you guys do know you don't have to vote and registering to vote without voting is basically an N/A

Except not everyone who doesn't vote does so out of apathy, many do not vote out of complacency. So voter turnout is a poor measure of how candidates are perceived by the voters.
He's just so photogenic.

He looks rather ill in most pictures.
Milliband looks like a fucking movie villain in so many of his pictures.

Sad that people will be more influenced by looks and popularity than policy.

At this point, Labour's policies could be "We've figured out a way to literally give everybody an extra £500 a month whilst also funding all of the national services and we're renationalising the railways and we can afford all of that without adding anything to the national debt!", and people's reactions would be "Ha! Look at the funny-face man."

Registering to vote means nothing.
You only get given a ballot paper when your name is ticked off the list of registered voters in your constituency.
Turning up to vote and your name being counted as having voted, then you spoiling your vote, is the most you can do to say you are unhappy with the current system and all its parties.
Not voting at all is saying "I dont give a fuck, do what you want".
Green seemed like a good choice until they fucked everything up
There are no good leftists in the UK.
Well, what do you guys think of SNP?
All that stuff about the Greens earlier in the year was mostly picking at their really idealistic long time policies, their election manifesto isnt even out yet. Theyve already promised not to make any more cuts to the armed forces, they arent going to suddenly turn all our airfields into forests like the Telegraph suggested.

What do you mean that the Telegraph suggested? That's the plan.
What do you mean that the Telegraph suggested? That's the plan.
Its their admittedly unrealistic very long term goal yes. The Telegraph suggested thats what their election manifesto contains, and thats what they would do immediately if they got into power. Which isnt true.
But hey, wouldnt it be nice if we lived in a world where we didnt need airbases and we really could turn them into nature reserves?
A man can dream.
People in the Valleys will vote for anyone who complains as much as them about foreigners. That sentiment has spread south with some haste since the cost of living crisis. People want something to blame and racism is an easy, yet cuntish, way of feeling better.
As someone who lives near Swansea - it seems that most of us just see UKIP as a bunch of twats.
I think I'd vote Conservative, I don't like them at all but I just can't get behind Labour at the moment, I think they more time to regroup after the last fiasco. The only reason I'd vote tory is because the economy has improved and is one of the best in Europe at the moment.
The problem with Labour is Ed Milipede. His popularity is lower than his party's, which some may say isn't as important, but I think it is. I feel he never feel he comes across very well, he stabbed his brother in the back after a deal with the unions and he's just not a leader.
If David Miliband was leader of his party, I'd probably vote for them.
