Unknown disease? This Disease has been known for over 50 years, and everyone over 15 years old is immune to it.

Normally I hate people going overboard, but with 200+ deaths already, and the fact that Uganda isn't the richest country in the world , I hope that the Ugandans (not sure if that's the proper term) get assistance and that they can stop this.
