Evidently the orange barrel covers indicate they are neutral (as if the bright white paint scheme with UN on the side wasn't enough). They are live guns, though, and ready to fire if needed.

Actually I bet they are a total bitch to clean. Anything that's stark white gets dirty really easily. The Abrams tanks that the US uses are brown so the dust blends in when it lands on them in Afghanistan.

I bet the UN has to wipe that shit down every day to keep them that clean.
