all these rental things are so ridiculous. If I want to watch a movie once, why am I paying what is essentially a cinema ticket to see it...
If you are going to watch more than like 2 movies a month, why not get netflix and you can watch loads more movies as many times as you want

not enough choice.
you can rate me dumb but I like a lot of world cinema and netflix is poop on that front. But for american tv shows n hollywood etc... you're good to go.

and also I hate streaming films. Absolutely hate it.
Now all steam needs is a way to purchase music and it's ready to take over the world.
Not really for me, all download video services are terrible from my standpoint as they don't allow me to just download the thing in Blu-ray quality and just play the damn thing in VLC no problem and potentially let me just re-encode it later.
Interesting.
as if anyone will actually use this instead of putting "insert movie title here + watch online" in google
as if anyone will actually use this instead of putting "insert movie title here + watch online" in google
Only people who have no respect for themselves and the movie watch them through online streams like that.
They'd rake in so much money if they allowed people to buy them for like $20 and had steam sales where they'd go for way less.
People would hoard movies like they hoard games
When it comes to movies I have to have a physical copy, wouldn't have it any other way. And you're right I hoard them too lol, I'm running of space to put everything at this point.
