It's called passive shitposting. You can say whatever the fuck you want, no matter how untruthful or full of shit or obnoxious you are, as long as you don't tell anybody to go fuck themselves you've got a free pass from the mods. It's a staple of the Trump supporter greatest hits collection, although by no means exclusive to them.
When in doubt, just go "wow i'm just trying to have a discussion and share my viewpoint why are you being so rude" while continuing to never engage in/respond to a discussion you know you can't win.

Actually, you're wrong there. It [I]was[/I] originally a counter-intelligence probe, under Comey. It stopped being one within weeks of Meuller being brought on board, however. That's an important distinction to make. It transitioned from being a "just" a counter-intelligence probe [I]into[/I] being a criminal investigation. Chonch is not technically wrong in saying that this [I]was[/I] just a counter-intelligence probe, he is simply wrong on the occasions that he states that it [I]still is,[/I] and on the occasions that he's refused to acknowledge that the transition occurred in [B]May.[/B]

I would argue it became a criminal investigation as soon as Comey was fired and Mueller was made special counsel. Especially following Trump's comments after the firing, which indicated he had done it to obstruct the investigation into Russia.
