As Klaser said, there were no assault charges so the "injury" was probably really minor.

It feels like they included that for sensationalism since "slightly injured" means nothing.

I translated it myself. Since there are many articles about this story each one says a different thing from the other. One says that he fell and got injured. Other two say he just pushed an officer making him fall. But since there was no charge I don't think it was serious.

Resisting or avoiding arrest doesn't exist in the Netherlands, because it is seen as a natural response to detainment to try and get away, and because you don't legally have to cooperate in your own conviction.

The theft itself probably went into those 600Eur fine. As opposed to the criminal offence. Mostly because a theft of something so cheap would constitute a tort as opposed to a crime.

Those two years of prison was dodging arrest and assault of a police officer. Technically speaking in this case it's battery unless I'm mistaken.
