This is Section 28 all over again. If a 9th grader asks his teacher, say, "What was Prop 8? I heard about it on the news." the teacher will have to respond with "I would lose my job if I told you." If a kid's being bullied for being gay, addressing the issue would have to be done through vagueness - "Don't bully. It is wrong." Ultimately these measures are redundant. I got my sex ed from being curious and having Google. Kids will know about homosexuality no matter what.

However, even if they are our equals they still have to obey the law, and word on the street is that it's illegal to commit a sexual act with someone incapable of consenting (like children, animals, and the retarded).
