that or let them leave base without supervision or even leave base in general, but not being briefed on britain's laws and customs (as they claim) seems like a major oversight any first world military would not make

I sure as hell wouldn't expect soldiers I willingly invited to my country to help them survive in their own military to rape my citizen and steal shit.

But I mean, you can't blame all the soldiers for what a few of them did. Most of them were probably seriously training too, just took a few assholes to ruin the whole thing.

The other soldiers themselves should've kept the rowdy ones in check or should've reported the ones that were causing trouble or intended to do so.

Their attitudes as a whole are the problem.
