$2000 dollar machine for MW2 is incredible overkill. You could run MW2 on a $350 system.

Kotick is business genius. His spendings to profit ratio are fucking huge.
Spend minimal time making cod, earn millions.
If these games were really as bad as you say, no one would buy them and Kotick wouldn't be swimming in money.

It has nothing to do with making bad games, it's called rehashing, he's being a douche bag. Instead of developers working long and hard on a new game they just use the same engine and reuse assets. He's a genius in the most asshole way possible. It's only a matter of time until Treyarch actually has to come up with a new idea, but for now they will just milk BOps for all it's worth in DLC and map packs.

Can you really blame Kotick for that though? He's taking advantage of the fact the consumer is willing to shell out their money for all of it.
