why does nobody sue for shit in england
It'd be too impolite.
I can honestly say I didn't buy a single red bull in the last 12 years
cool. cant wait to get my $10 check 30 years from now
Are you on your third or fourth heart attack? Red bulls are good, I like the red red bulls w/e they're called
Helped me quit smoking, Go figure
i can't drink that shit, energy drinks in general are just a no for me
Every energy drink I've tried only helped put me to sleep.
Haha I bought one on the 2nd, 15 dollars in Red Bull please.
[editline]6th October 2014[/editline] Where does it require a receipt?
Erm, how else are you gonna prove you bought it
i'd rather have 10 dollars to spend on things actually worth something ty [editline]6th October 2014[/editline]
Erm, how else are you gonna prove you bought it
it doesn't require a receipt try it yourself
I have never bought a red bull. Tried it once since a friend had one though. shit is gross.

Unlike that other settlement I have actually purchased this product, woo! Honestly 15 dollars worth of Red Bull is probably kind of equal to $10 since they are so damn expensive in my eyes.
Ha I buy off-brand redbull because it's WAY cheaper, but I was out and about and just bought a regular 4-pack a few weeks ago. Give me free money.
$15 in drinks is so much better than the $10.
Sure, if you were going to buy their drinks anyway. But 15$ in drinks to them is probably worth less than 10$ in cash.
I've never bought an energy drink but one of those red bull marketers gave me one for free once. I had a few sips and it tasted like shit. I feel I should be entitled to compensation for tasting that god-awful drink.
why the fuck did this go to court? did some bumbling fuck actually think it would give them wings????????? fffffuck man, this makes me angry.
why the fuck did this go to court? did some bumbling fuck actually think it would give them wings????????? fffffuck man, this makes me angry.

Basically the plaintiffs allege that red bull advertises their product as giving you more energy than a premium cup of coffee, which is not scientifically supported.
It is literally in the OP man. First post. 5 lines down.
why the fuck did this go to court? did some bumbling fuck actually think it would give them wings????????? fffffuck man, this makes me angry.
s-sorry? anyways, 15 dollars of redbull is only about a four pack. I like to pretend they aren't so expensive and buy them one at a time so no that you.

The website states that "no proof of purchase is necessary to obtain settlement benefits. However, the Claim Form must be signed by you under penalty of perjury (either by hand or, if you submit it online, electronically), affirming that you are a qualified member of the Settlement Class and that the information provided therein is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge."
Pretty sure its US only.
Nope. The list went on.

Nope. The list went on.
About the perjury thing. From what I've read, if you work or worked anywhere that sold Red Bull during the period in question, it's technically perjury. This comes from a Reddit post, so grain of salt, but I thought I'd throw that out there.
Damn it, I have literally never had red bull in my entire life, now I am kind of wishing that I have.
The suit is on may 1, 2015. If we win, itll be a max of 150 days before you get anything
I've bought like 4 of the blue edition 8oz red bulls every work day for the last year and then find the server is down.
I drink red bull a lot, I want money
I've bought like 4 of the blue edition 8oz red bulls every work day for the last year and then find the server is down.
How are you still alive?
Fuck I need to start keeping receipts. I could be getting back the money I spend on products.
God fucking damn it. How many class action lawsuits am i going to be involved in? [editline]7th October 2014[/editline]
How are you still alive?
I used to drink a 20oz red bull every day before work [editline]7th October 2014[/editline]
it'll be a like a nice little gift in the mail from a friend!
I got like $8.50 from that Naked Juice settlement
Wow, you can submit it even if you are in the EU.
My brother has bought a few Red Bulls back in July for a boost before work(he doesn't care for coffee). I've also had to buy Red Bulls for my cousin a few times for the same purpose(because I happened to have been at a store when he needed them). I had the first one I've had in years myself back in June and was reminded that I didn't care for the taste at all. Since both of them have been sleeping better and I can't stand the way the stuff tastes, I'd rather have the $10.
why does nobody sue for shit in england
because when something is not satisfactory you contact the maker and normally they replace it + more free of charge
