Funny thing is that from what I read in the book, it's not the most extreme of bondage(breathplay, cbt, vacbeds, flogging, insertions/syringes). It's sort of the clean version of BDSM, commercialized for the general public(almost like vampires and twilight). A good thing is that it maybe brings forth the notion of different types of sex, and people start experimenting more and being more open. I'm not getting my hopes up though.
