you can eat healthy and get very minimal exercise, and you won't become obese. you can gain weight, but the chances of even coming close to overweight are very, very low. what you eat matters entirely.
Here in Sweden I rarely see any fat bus drivers. Just mean, boring looking, get-me-out-of-here drivers :mad:
