Valve to show off new game/experience at VR Showcase (Jan 28th) - Polidicks

It's going to be something underwhelming and people are going to be unreasonably mad. If it's seriously going to be a new game by Valve, then holy fuck.

L4D3 or Portal 3 on VR would be interesting, L4D3 especially because they have no size limit in Source 2, so you could probably make an open world L4D game, Or they could've finally made a new HL game, who knows.

still, even though it's not going to be hl3/portal 3/l4d3, it'll be quite interesting to see what they'll unveil.

As optimistic as I am I'm pretty sure this is not going to be Half Life 3. I think it's pretty much been confirmed that HL3 won't have a relevant focus on VR. It's probably something new and not very major, just something to show off some cool things you can do in VR.

hl3 was explicitly said to never be on vr anyway
