Or they're saying that freedom of speech in this manner should not be considered a 'wrong' and should not be punishable just because it harmed a business.
The problem here is that this person's freedom of speech is taking prominence over the other reviewers'. That is unfair but I don't really see a way to fix it because of how Google results work.
That being said, the writer herself is obviously not at blame and I don't know why she's the one being sued.

The judge didn't consider the review wrong, just the title. I do not know what the judge thought was wrong about it and I have no idea what the title was.
