I'll just think of this as an Average Deals week and don't bother with the contest.

Won't*
It's not like I'll buy games to get these things but if I own the game the objective is tied to I'll go in and play it for sure.
Probably won't get grand prize. I know the grand prize winners will have done every single objective and I don't have RUSE to begin with. Did the other 4 though. Got good feelings about this since I know a lot less people will bother.
Got three objectives today. Already had Poker Night and Chime. Don't have Ruse, nor will I spend money just to get the objectives.
Hopefully the rest of them will be for games I already have.
Chime is definitely a fun game you should buy, especially for its price.
Three grand prize winners get 100 games of their choice? Wow, would love to win that. Too bad I have none of the games listed so far.
Poker Night just came out and it's on sale already. Valve + Telltale = bros
I would laugh so incredibly hard if I was one of the treasure chest winners after only doing the first objective.
Can we use achievement unlockers for games we don't have?

Derp
And another way to exploit the excitement of the community to raise the sales ...
I mean, come one, this is bleeding obvious! Though the majority doesn't notice. But still better than any other way of advertisement I guess.
gotta get dem hats.
Finally, I have a use for SAM!
Can we use achievement unlockers for games we don't have?
As far as I know, Poker Night and Ruse aren't unlockable through SAM.
And the Chime objective isn't based on an achievement, but a leaderboard score.

I used SAM and it gave me all the TF2 unlocks.

Isn't it bannable?
Even though Chime isn't the best game in the world, they're giving most of their profits to charity. So if nothing else, you're contributing to charity, which is always good.
Woo! 4/4!
I need to go outside some more, huh?
My wallet isn't ready yet Steam, what are you doing? My wallet is still wet and full of semen from when you fucked it empty last month.
Wonder if there ever will be a 99% prices discount :>
100 games of my choosing?
I might as well try. I mean who knows.
Hey Valve, why can't you convince activision to put Call of Duty(es) on sale? Even a 33% sale would generate ludicrous amounts of money in mere hours
Just throw some charts at them they'll understand that
You're asking for miracles here, COD4 got his first discount this summer, and when was it released agian?
Wonder if there ever will be a 99% prices discount :>
99% discount for one day on all games (except for anything Activision puts out). Steam would crap itself repeatedly from all the web traffic.
Holy shit, 100 games! That's absolutely insane. I have 2/10 so far, and not much bought games on Steam so it's going to be hard for me to get all 10 :ohdear:
I'm not sure I'd even be able to choose 100 games. I'd get to like 10 and then the other 90 will be stupid things I'll never play.
Well learned a lesson from the sales related to this.
If your friends have their profile set to private, ask them if they own the game before you buy them it.
As Steam does not tell you they own it, takes the money for it, gives them the message they you gifted it to them ect.
But all that happens is you loose money for something they already got.
Luckily it was only £1.95 for Poker Night at the Inventory.
But still steam, even if their profile is private at least don't let people waste their time/money buying something for friends when they already have it..
I already have an Avatar.
Isn't it bannable?
Only if you use it while ingame and in a VAC secured server. I use it as a tool to fix my stats when they get screwed up or to unlock an achievement when it bugs out. Sometimes I get tired of playing a game and just wanna try a new weapon out so Ill use it after playing the game for a bit and then adjusting my stats accordingly.
Ive been using SAM for months now and Ive yet to be bant or have my account derped.
3 of 4, RUSE just isn't worth getting even on sale, however Chime is. Chime is like a mix between tetris and audiosurf, kinda.
Scrolling down the page, reading off objects...
looks right.
28 achievements for STUPER MEPIC HAT!!1!!!
4... 8... 12... 16.. 20... 24... No.... NO!
28, 7 days.
More entries is the key. You don't have to purchase in order to compete, your chances are just even smaller.
It's free stuff, they are a company, they put out sales and give out free stuff in hope to earn money, not lose money.
Thanks for telling us what we already know.
