My town runs on a very outdated sewage pipeline and every time it gets overloaded(by rain or people clogging the system with shit) it spits the stuff out on the street. This one time a massive downpour caused the entire sewer to spit out on the surface and flood the streets along with rain water.
Toilet papers are an absolute ass tear, but I'd rather have a working sewer than a 101% clean ass.
I start out with a bit of toilet paper to assess the situation, and then I move onto wipes for the heavy duty work.
