lankist i miss you and what you'd say on this subject
lankist i miss you and what you'd say on this subject
He'd spew is unbiased and truthful knowledge all over the thread and silence everyone.
We don't want unskilled laborers.
don't lie there's a reason that illegal immigrants come here, tons of people want to hire them
What's the point exactly?
There is always a high demand for unskilled labor, even in times of economic slumps.
don't lie there's a reason that illegal immigrants come here, tons of people want to hire them
That's the bad part. [editline]09:32AM[/editline]
There is always a high demand for unskilled labor, even in times of economic slumps.
Well, we should be cracking down on those who want to hire the illegals in the first place, so those who worked their tails off to get here and are still unskilled can get a job.
Also, your issue of "overpopulation" is moot. There's a lot of houses sitting there on the market at the moment, and America is anything BUT overcrowded as a whole. China's to the west, thanks.

[editline]09:32AM[/editline] Well, we should be cracking down on those who want to hire the illegals in the first place, so those who worked their tails off to get here and are still unskilled can get a job.
our economy would be even more shit if that was to happen, America relies too much on cheap unskilled labour and has so since its inception.
I hope that something is done about these goddamn beaners
I hope that something is done about these goddamn beaners
That was reasonably funny. Kudos to you.
I give up. Open the flood gates I guess.
I give up. Open the flood gates I guess.
the flood gates have been open ever since America "convinced" a certain ethnic group to work on plantations
our economy would be even more shit if that was to happen, America relies too much on cheap unskilled labour and has so since its inception.
not domestically though
not domestically though
hahahha yeah let me guess, produce is cheap because of the "all-american" work ethic
Hehehehe. "Show me your papers". Looks like the Nazi regime really DID teach us something. How to keep our un-desirables inline.
Sorry, not even comparable.
You know what I meeeeeeeeean.
It's fucking racist, they did the exact same thing back in the 1800's with freed slaves. If a black man was found without his papers, he was either locked up in prison or made a slave; regardless of his rights. You can't justify this, it is simply racial profiling, nothing less.
Fuck wer'e over controlled.
But it's not that simple they can't deport you for not having ID hell, if they can't verify your age, they can't even verify that you're old enough to have ID
Would suck to be a Hispanic man with Kallman's Syndrome in Arizona
The Fourth Amendment guarantees "the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures." A temporary detention, even if brief and for the sole purpose of verifying identification/citizenship, constitutes a "seizure" of "persons". Clearly you are not interested in the legal aspects of this issue, but they are important.
All I've seen out of you in this entire thread is some fancy googling and your indubitable knack for sounding intelligent. The Fourth Amendment guarantees those things to Lawful United States Citizens. I don't know if you realize this, but Arizona's police for and border patrol are probably, if not the most educated on dealing with illegal immigrants. It isn't that hard to tell between a legal citizen and who isn't. There's certain areas that they stick too, as well as certain mannerisms they portray. Also, you seem to have this irrational fear of 'being arrested for walking down the street'. Even if you don't have an ID, the most that will probably happen is that you're detained for about 5 minutes while the police officer checks up on whatever information you can provide to him. (Name, Social Security Code from memory, etc) And if you can't provide this, you may have to be taken to wherever to have your legality checked out further. The funny thing is, in a recent non-discriminatory poll, 70% of Arizonans said they want this bill to pass. (This is somewhat outdated, but nonetheless true) Taken from the U.S. Census Bureau's 2008 information,
Persons of Hispanic or Latino origin, percent, 2008 (b) -30.1%
(I'm sure you and that expansive intelligence of yours can appreciate the numbers in this. 100%-70%=? You really do have to be a citizen of Arizona to truly understand how bad an effect these illegals have on our local community. You probably heard about this, it made national news; just the other week or so ago, a rancher was killed. By who you might ask? Well, because this ranch was on the border, police officials say it was a group of illegal immigrants who came, took revenge on him for getting in a fight about being on his land, then took off back to mexico. There's so many similar scenarios like this, it's humor was lost upon me ages ago. They have no problem with stealing vehicles and valuables, and taking it back to mexico. Being here is illegal, so whats wrong with committing a few more crimes while they're already here? People like you make me sick. You should at least try and picture our side of the story before you try too hard to prove your own point.
I support this law. Fuck, most of you have never had to deal with illegal immigrants. I'm all for people getting in legally, in fact I support it, I also support making it easier to get into the country legally. Hell, even my Mexican yard man supports this bill. With the increasing drug cartel conflicts happening in Mexican boarders, striker immigration laws are necessary. Increase punishment for being here illegally, make it easier to get here legally.
If they did something like this allowing cops to randomly check people for gun liscences, people'd shit bricks. But not here. Why? cause 'dem mexicans r weird, takin our jobs, smell bad, thievery, gangbanging, murder, n drugs. I dun seen a durn mexican takin our stuff and media proves mah point. There is a way to approach this. This isn't the way to approach this. All you dipshits who support this, it's a wonder why the US has such a shit reputation overseas. You really think this'll improve anything? This was just a move to get support from tea baggers.

If he just randomly asks for your ID you can refuse until he gives you a reason for it. If he still arrest you take his ass to court and get him fired.

Refried Beans is all the Mexicans have here in Arizona to make Swastikas Why the fuck is Arizona becoming the butt of retarded news recently? We used to be a quiet state.
Fuck, I could go for some refried-beans now. [editline]11:26PM[/editline]
our economy would be even more shit if that was to happen, America relies too much on cheap unskilled labour and has so since its inception.
This is also true. You know how many white yard workers for hire there are in Texas? None. If there are any, I sure as hell haven't seen them. Do I have a problem with this? Hell no, I hate mowing the lawn. I got better things to do like be a fat American.
not for long!!!!
you're fucking ridiculous.
