Racial profiling will remain illegal, so forget about that.
In fact, I think racial profiling will be explicitly condemned throughout law enforcement
The vice mayor of Phoenix is kind of pissed off over this because of the tough position it puts them in. He actually seems worried about the possibility of racial profiling lawsuits.. so he's asking law enforcement officers to just verify the citizenship of everyone who is detained, regardless of whether they appear to be of Hispanic descent
