I guess you haven't been desensitized enough.
Some people don't want to see that shit. Please don't be dumb in a thread like this.
There's a guy on RT shooting down the info that the plane was shot down saying it hasn't been confirmed by anyone and it takes a very sophisticated missile system to take down a passenger jet at cruising altitude.
Hold the fuck up.
Then how the fuck did you shoot down the Ukrainian Military aircraft at over 6000m?
They used a ladder.

The rebels have bragged about how they captured a BUK, they're doing damage control like crazy now, all those tweets are being removed.
I think its kind of weird how Obama was starting his speech off mentioning people in the crowd and giving a shouts out, smiling and all. Did anyone else see that?
A bit unfitting IMO.

According to the text below the photos, people had been looting the luggage and what remained of the bodies.

They've been able to do it since the advent of SAMs, passenger aircraft are completely undefended and have no countermeasures or even a way to know that they've been locked onto so the pilot could attempt evasive maneuvers. They have enormous radar and heat signatures, as well.

wow that's pretty damn low
Nobody could've expected SAMs to be deployed against civilian airliners cruising at 10km. It's easy to identify a civil aircraft - this was murder. It isn't their fault.
I know the risk is small but there is still a risk. It's an unstable region where rebels have access to anti-air, things can easily wrong (and they did).
It's like driving through a gang-controlled neighbourhood where shootouts happen every other day.
The rebels have bragged about how they captured a BUK, they're doing damage control like crazy now, all those tweets are being removed.
If they are pressed on that wouldn't that throw a wrench into any plans Russia has?
Either they, admit they have weapons that could or admit that Russia shot down the military jet.

No. It's not. It's like driving through a neighborhood where a few people own a small handful of guns and have no history of using them on innocent people passing through.
Apparently Putin's jet flew the same path 40 mins after the downed plane and may have been the target but it's totally unconfirmed.
Shit; a similar fate to that incident where the Polish president who died in a plane crash in Russia could have happened to Putin. (difference being that it would have been shot down)

Jesus Fuck not even the devil would want those bastards in hell.
Reports are saying that they have found the black box flight recorder.

Can someone confirm ?
19:00:
A tweet (in Russian) from a key Twitter account used by pro-Russian separatists, in which they claim to have captured a Buk surface-to-air missile system, has now been deleted, BBC Monitoring observes. Ukrainians say the Malaysian plane could have been downed with a Buk, but pro-Russian rebels have now denied they have it.
I think this bears repeating.
I think this bears repeating.
There's photographic evidence of them with the launcher, so they're lying.

Plans fly over unstable areas quite regularly under the assumption that nothing can bring them down. I guess that will probably change from now.

what's the noise in the background?
Reports are saying that they have found the black box flight recorder.
I would hate to be the person that has to listen to the recordings.
I would hate to be the person that has to listen to the recordings.
Realistically, it's probably completely normal cockpit chatter, then a bang, and then silence until the box hits the earth. We won't know until the recordings are checked, though.
what's the noise in the background?
It sounds like a truck idling and this looks like a coal dump/mine/etc.
I would hate to be the person that has to listen to the recordings.
I'm assuming there would just be a sudden cut out as the plane explodes.
I would hate to be the person that has to listen to the recordings.
its too bad because apprantly the rebels have it and want to take it to russia to "look at"
Reports coming in the pro Russian separatist have the black box
FUCK
Plans fly over unstable areas quite regularly under the assumption that nothing can bring them down. I guess that will probably change from now.
That was a regular flight path used by many different airlines, and people have usually respected that until now.
what's the noise in the background?
Sounds like a car or a tractor.

At a stretch, it may show if there was any contact with the plane, from anyone who had the missiles. I doubt it though.
Reports coming in the pro Russian separatist have the black box
FUCK
There are many other ways to prove that this plane was shot down.
