The people who use this as the definition of racism often use it as an excuse to ignore racism between racial and ethnic minorities or even if they do acknowledge racism between racial and ethnic minorities it's still somehow white people's fault and/or "it's not the same as white on POC racism. White on POC racism is much more harmful and devastating".
