And NATO country's have made a deal with eachother to help, Syria isnt NATO.

I wouldn't blame them.. it has to suck to fly missions all year and never shoot anything down. Although our planes are bombers too so I'm sure that helps.

As far as I know, Phalanx has only ever been deployed on ships and a dedicated ground vehicle, for good reason.
