This is great, my friend bought an iMac instead of a gaming PC because he needed it for a graphic design course at uni. He's very chuffed that he can play TF2 now.

Of course, I was just stating that there's many things in the game that weren't in the 60s or even now but adding modern earphones suddenly becomes a big deal.
Just my two cents on the whole raging here (there's raging on the steam forums about people with usernames featuring "apple" or "mac" getting votebanned by other players).

Honestly, I don't give a damn, it changes nothing to gameplay, and the reason I play TF2 is for the fun gameplay, hats and stuff are funny little things you can add, but who cares?
Also, take the high road, if Mac users and Valve see PC gamers as a whiny bunch who won't let go of a stupid thing like an extra dozen white polygons to your character, it only gives Mac more ammo (I'm kind of anti-mac, but for other reasons), suck it up and be cool about it, and there might even be a chance of a little PC-exclusive thingy.

It's pretty cool that they give the Mac users earbuds to show they're Mac users, but PC users should get something too, to solidify the whole "Mac vs PC" theme.
Also, it now runs like fucking shit on my PC. Last time I played TF2, I had a solid 80FPS. Now it's something like 5.
