Yes I owe my survival to shitty FP SH jokes that aren't even good
humor is a coping method
can we get on topic now
So? Becoming a deranged sociopath is a coping mechanism too
I never knew that Facepunch had so many moralists.
Are people seriously empathizing more for the dog then the dead child?
Imagine if it was a cat.

Distinguishing between African paint and White people paint is holding us back as a society

Well it sounds extremely painful to fall 14 feet and then being eaten by a pack of wild dogs. It's not the type of thing that would make me crack a joke.
getting eaten by dogs is bad I support everyone not getting eaten by dogs.
I doubt he was eaten by the dogs. I do believe they ripped him to shreds, though I would not expect the media to report it that way.
horrible to say, but I feel just as sorry for the dog that got shot as the kid. imagine a legacy of being caged up your whole life, and getting shot for eating a free meal.
But those dogs were so cute when I saw them...

Also the platform has some pretty high fencing around it. Kid would have had to climb up it quite a bit.
dude, I have a picture too

Facepunch is ~2logical4u~
As much as I feel for the parent, You don't let your child see better by putting him on the rail of the exhibit. (According to Good Morning America)
Word around facebook from my mom says she was holding the kid around his ankles while he stood on the railing.
And I remember now, the circle viewing area has fencing on the sides except for the front which is open. There a mesh net down below to catch things people drop, and apparently the kid fell into it and bounced off into the pit.
The zoo is getting questioned on safety and warning signs and what could have been done to prevent it like its their fault. If the zoo takes crap for this Ill be dissapointed.
Last time I went to a zoo, I was like.. three or four.
Tigers were my shit, I fucking loved them. They were just big-ass orange kitty cats to me.
Saw they had a tiger exhibit, was one of those with a glass wall encircling the enclosure so you could walk right up to the glass and look at them.
One of the bastards lunged at me and got caught by the glass.
Everyone laughed, my parents laughed, the zoo-keeper laughed
I shit my pants (seriously) and started crying.
Never again.
Reminds me of the time I saw a lioness lunge at a baby at the Toronto Zoo. You should have heard it scream (the baby). I was in single digits back then.

My ex-girlfriend was in Africa and managed to capture a video of a pack of these wild dogs attacking I think it was a gazelle? A pretty rare thing to find, but basically she saw the attack from the very beginning until the end.
It took the dogs 5 minutes to kill and remove all the flesh from the animal... I would assume there was some definite eating going on.

I'm pretty sure if anything the dog was staying near the child because of the meat, not all animals are cute and cuddly.

I agree, that is extremely cruel. Although this is the internet, sites where people can express themselves are always filled with nonsense, except for some plattforms. Everything should not be taken as serious, especially on facepunch.
