It's not a joke, that used to be a porntube icon :tinfoil:
Man if you hear all the slang we have here in Australia you will be incredibly confused
WE CALL BLOWJOBS GOBBIES
I was born in, raised in, and have lived in Australia for 25 years, and I literally only heard of "gobbies" last night. Australian slang is worthy of its own language class because it is a god damned enigma.

I block it out when my friends use it. For some reason it really unsettles me.

That one word, that is.
gok wants my cock
I don't care that he's gay, he is however incredibly irritating and I would be happy if I never had to see him in another ad.
hi im cock wang
I don't mind his ads
They're a trillion times better than that fucking "daddy of all deals" ad where the chick says the word "dad" or "daddy" about a thousand times in a row
I can't not read Target as "Tar-jay"
his ads are hilarious
poof/poofter, a derogatory term for gay
The first and last time I heard that word was on a Monty Python sketch. I assume it's a word that's barely used nowadays, isn't it? Because I haven't ever heard that word except for that one time.
What surprises me is that people think that it is okay to use derogatory (or otherwise clearly offensive) language in an official complain regarding something they thought was offensive.
The irony hurts so much.
Have to be honest, i know its fairly common to hear the same slang words between brit / aus but I really thought poof was slang that only we used, haven't actually heard it for about 10 years either.

I wish Gok was my gay best friend, I'd be looking so sharp
Wishing Gok was my boy

I don't understand how people get offended by the word bangers when referring to breasts.
Gok is from my town and my mate lives round the corner from his parents old Chinese restaurant
Our ads are so bad they are a huge reason for why I don't watch TV anymore
Radio ads in particular are cancer in audio form

Trust me, our ads are great. They actually give some kind of information. Compared to some of the american ads I've seen that have nothing to do with what they're selling.

American TV in general is shitty, the only thing I could watch without getting nauseous was the weather.

The only thing different between that and a redneck is that rednecks wearing a college football t-shirt like Alabama and they have bigger beer bottles.

They are just informative in the most obnoxious annoying way possible, yeah they are actually talking about the product, but is the silly voice and stupid dance really part of selling the product?
[sp] yes [/sp]
I'm glad my uncle doesn't know he's gay, already hates him and complains endlessly when he's on TV. Also calls him 'Gok the gook'.

Except for that KFC ad "say it with chicken" I thought that was amusing, the worst ad of all time in radio form tho would have to be National Tiles, holy god damn shit that pissed me off
That just sounds creepy tbh.
It is, it's a grown woman constantly talking about "getting gifts for daddy"

Nah mate too many guns and not enough grog to be Aussie.
I don't care about his sexuality in the slightest but his personality is goddamn obnoxious
