Doesn't matter if it is hate speech, it still shouldn't be illegal. Silencing bigots doesn't stop people from being bigots, it only leads to further resentment and more potential for them to actually act on their bigotry. People from any other country have to wait years to try to get in, they got actual work experience and will help the country out. yes, that's a sad side effect of how the current system works. but now more and more things are being taken in to consideration from minorities (which a lot of people are quick to dismiss as being 'crybabies' or something) telling someone to 'grow a shell' after a discriminatory attack is a really big problem. learn to put yourself in their feet i never said the system was bullet proof. i just think it's one that has full potential to work and that the majority of people don't mind
