Still kicking myself for buying this game off origin.

I actually think that something like this makes for a fun multiplayer game. I imagine it as 1v1, both players select a city to represent themselves in the game and you see who can ruin the other's city first.
I really want this game. Does the entire experience suck, or is it only certain parts?
it's like a blowjob from a tranny
Am I the only person actually enjoying the game? I have this really bad impression that people are just jumping on the hate bandwagon. Yes the game had a fucked up launch, yes it has some pretty bad issues, but I just feel like people are just all over this shit because they just fucking love kicking people when they're down. Take this topic, for instance. It has no effect on the game whatsoever, it just gives people the ability to wreck a town with disasters with no consequences, because visited towns aren't synced and thus whatever you do isn't saved to the cloud. This is what people were all up in arms over a week ago, because they couldn't cause disasters without the results being saved to the cloud, and they demanded the feature be added. Now some modder figured out a way to do it, and guess what, everyone is lining up to spin it into something terrible so they can tear the game a new asshole again. Fuck you all. I'm here to enjoy games, not shit all over the industry for the sole reason of feeling like I'm a part of the cool kids club. Go back to /v/ if you want to shit all over the industry. I can't help but think that that place must be having a terrible influence on the lot of you.
God forbid we ser a standard for ourselves and are upset when a game we're looking forward to falls far below it.
it's like a blowjob from a tranny
it looks good and real and you won't notice a difference at first and if you don't care everything is fine but any sane person notices the bigger teeth and the fake eyelashes and as soon as you realize that everything is just lies and made to trick the viewer it ... sucks [editline]19th March 2013[/editline]
There's a difference between setting standards and hyping yourself up to a point nothing will ever be able to live up to.
The "economy" is not working at all. The forums are full of "my cities economy got fucked yet I followed the RCI and/or the tip dudes. It's simply made to make you believe you're playing within reasonable rules but after all the game shows you pretty pictures of small villages with skyscrapers in them and that's it.
Watch as a 20$ DLC that fixes everything and includes Offline mode come out in a week or so.
EA goes full Battlefront and starts making "Upgrades" that cost 20-30$ that include significant fixes to the engine and optimization and every free patch from then on is for that specific "upgraded" version of the game.
There really is a gif for everything.
Just wait till you see the rule 34 of this
